He was extremely responsive right from the start and stayed communicative all the way through completion. Before the job, he shared photos of his previous work for reference, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Since I was at work during the install, he kept me updated with progress photos and videos, which was a huge plus. Very professional, wore shoe covers inside the house and clearly does things the right way. He installed silver 5% privacy ceramic tint on the eight front facing windows that used to look straight out onto the yard and street. Now it has that mirror effect from outside and you can barely make out a silhouette inside, exactly the privacy we wanted. He also installed frosted tint on our shower glass and the shower window, and the finish looks clean, sharp, and high-end. Workmanship was detailed, neat, and pricing was very competitive. We agreed on price and he showed up just three days later, finishing everything in under two hours. Overall A+ experience.
