- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The thing a customer should know about our company pricing is that it goes by the job size and job scope so it varies. But one thing I will tell our potential customers that never changes is we are fair pricing company cause we value relationships over revenue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with our customers is first make sure of their safety that’s the main thing we need to know that there is no hazard that could potentially harm them . The next step is to make sure any damages can be minimized and also minimize any property loss. On the initial visit is the source of the problem and then the scope of the work to get back to pre loss condition. Then we provide the estimate of time and cost.

The education and training I have is first thing is I have been in the industry over 10 years and well as IICRC certified.
