I had a major pipe burst in my house, and water leaked through 3 rooms, ruining walls and floors. The best decision I made was to reach out to Whack a mold where promptly I had folks come over and help find the leak, remove everything that was damaged, and start the drying process. They reviewed the entire process and explained in detail the work that was being done. I was assured of their availability to ask any and every question. They were extremely professional and tidy with the entire restoration. Highly recommend !!!

Issac from Whack-A-Mold was fast to respond to my flooded basement situation. We had a flood in our basement due to an internal sewer clog. The whole basement flooded over 3 inches front-to-back and ruined a lot of property.
Isaac showed up immediately after I contacted him and did a great job walking us through this difficult situation. He brought in a crew to clean and sanitize not only the basement, but all the property that had gotten wet. Furthermore, he gave us guidance on how to work with the insurance company to make sure we got covered for everything that was damaged.
We were very pleased with Isaac's service. While we hope we never have need of his service again, we are comforted in knowing he is available should we find us in such an unfortunate situation again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally work with mold and water/sewer damage, which sometimes will be covered by insurance. If you do have insurance, we deal with them and you will not need to pay us for our services.
In the case that you don't have insurance, we will come down to give you a free estimate and discuss your options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our mold specialist will come down for a free estimate to see what's goin on. We will try to find the source of the mold or water damage so once we remove the mold, it doesn't come back from the same issue.
We will go over the whole process of removal and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
If its an insurance claim we will come down with the adjustor and he will be the one to deal with the insurance to get you the best coverage.
Once the job is approved by the customer we will do our part to make your home a safe and comfortable environment again.
