- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have some standard jobs that I have created a set price and structured most jobs with this flat rate. Because everyone's needs are different there are jobs outside that scope that I typically research and apply my hourly rate to those jobs. Additionally if we extend past the scope of a packaged job all additional work falls into my hourly rate as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Since I was a kid I have always been creative. I wound up being inflicted with a few heart issues in high school, and I really wanted to join sports, but due to my condition I was never cleared for the activity. I wound up joining yearbook to get involved with sports as a writer, and the next year I was promoted to an editor. I started designing then, and feel in love with it instantly. Now 15 years later I am glad I made that decision.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I specialize in both print and digital design, and that is one thing I love a bout my job. No two projects are ever really the same. I can't really say a common type of job. If it needs to be designed, I can get it done.
