Debbie was great to work with. She helped us plan and write a beautiful ceremony. It was very unique and she managed to capture our unique stance on spirituality and religiosity. Not to mention Debbie officiated our wedding on the hottest day in the heatwave! She was a great sport, very warm and friendly to us and our families.

Given the ridiculously short notice, limited budget and desperation to find someone who could officiate our wedding in Central Park (we planned our wedding in NYC in less than a week!), Debbie was the perfect fit for us. Would have loved to meet before the wedding day to be part of the ceremony creating process. We only spoke exclusively over text/ email and did not meet until I was literally walking down the aisle! Debbie has a very sweet and nurturing energy to her, she seemed a bit nervous during the ceremony, maybe meeting before the day of would have been more helpful even just to be a bigger part of helping to write the actual script. Overall we are so blessed and lucky that we found Debbie and I think if more notice had been given/ if you have the time to actually work with her before the ceremony, it would all turn out close to perfect.

Debbie officiated my ceremony on May 8th and I was so happy I booked her. I booked her pre-pandemic and the communication throughout the past year was so smooth. She was always very responsive and flexible. The day of the ceremony she put together a beautiful speech about my husband and I. She also added extra details my husband shared with her last minute. She was very sweet and great to work with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant.

Given the short notice, Debbie was impressively flexible and responsible. We very much appreciate her patience with us and performed the virtual ceremony as we have requested. What we filled in her nice questionnaire had been wisely integrated to the vow and introduction. She made our wedding day special beyond our expectations. Weddings are typically expensive so I try to help by keeping my cost low while still providing a beautiful unique wedding ceremony.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I either meet with them or send out a questionaire that will personalize their wedding
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a reverend and social worker and bring all my expertise for Bride and Groom.
