Pricing is transparent and straightforward. Labor is quoted upfront based on the scope of work, with no hidden fees. Materials are provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Any additional work outside the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding. Discounts may be available for repeat customers or multiple services. Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by reviewing the job details and confirming the scope of work. We then provide a clear quote for labor and any expectations regarding materials. Once approved, we schedule a convenient time, arrive prepared, and complete the work efficiently and professionally. After completion, we ensure everything is functioning properly and leave the work area clean. Final payment is handled once the job is completed.

We have over 25 years of combined experience in the plumbing and construction industry. Our background includes extensive hands-on work in large-scale commercial and residential buildings across New York City, where we gained experience with complex plumbing systems, installations, repairs, and maintenance under high-demand conditions. This experience has built a strong foundation of technical skill, efficiency, and professionalism that we bring to every job.
