FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial consultation, evaluation, and treatment takes about an hour and a half and costs $95. Follow up treatments take about 45 minutes to an hour and cost $70. I do take into consideration that some patients are on fixed incomes and have financial hardship. I try to be compassionate in this regard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat only one patient at a time and will focus completely on your concerns as they relate to your whole health. I want you to be satisfied that you have been heard and you are receiving the compassionate care that is your right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts with focus on Human Biology and I graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Health Science in Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine. The graduate degree included thousands of hours of clinical internships, a requirement to sit for the national board exams which is necessary to become licensed in New York State. I have taken many continuing education courses in the areas of human fertility, autoimmune diseases, pain management, addiction treatment, and cosmetic acupuncture.
