- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Embroidery pricing is based on the size of the logo or the stitch count. There are also discounts for larger quantities (breakdowns are generally 1-3, 4-11, 12-23, etc). - What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common service is fulfilling group order requests, often for customized uniforms, across many industries but particularly those in the medical or restaurant services. These scrubs, shirts, hats, and other uniforms can be embroidered (or screen printed) with custom logo's and names as well. After that our most common service is the retail store where any individual can purchase the uniforms, chef coats, or scrubs they need for their profession. Finally, another common job we do is to pack low cost custom hygiene kits and emergency amenities for job corps, church and rescue organizations, homeless shelters, and more.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are fast, flexible, and upfront/honest about everything before you give them your order. A smaller firm will often give more personal service, do better quality work, and be more receptive to your needs; plus you'd be surprised just how comparable or lower the pricing will be compared to a big corporation. If you need embroidery, ask about set-up charges and get a sew-out sample before you go ahead and embroider the items. If you want or need hygiene kits a company like ours can usually pack and ship them for much less cost and effort than you could doing it yourself. As an individual shopping for scrubs, chef apparel, or other uniforms be very conscious of the quality of the goods and make sure it satisfies you. It's worth paying the extra couple of dollars for a shirt/top that fits well, lasts longer, and is softer or easier to repel stains. Otherwise you will be buying those cheap/generic scrubs and uniforms again a lot sooner to replace the old one and you wont feel your best in them. We carry only the top brands for this reason.
