- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is pretty simple. First, I talk with the customer to understand what they need and look at any photos if they have them. Then I give an estimate or come out to take a look in person if needed. Once everything is approved, we schedule the job, prep the area, and complete the drywall work. After that, I make sure everything is smooth, clean, and ready for paint, and we do a final walkthrough to make sure you're happy with it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working in drywall since I was 14 years old, so most of my training comes from years of hands-on experience in the field. Over time, I’ve learned all aspects of drywall work, including installation, repairs, finishing, and texture matching. That real-world experience has helped me develop strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver clean, professional results.
