John and team are amazing. I requested 11 outlets and 5 switches be replaced. Communication was wonderful. John was very thorough. His team was professional and efficient. John Graefser and apprentice Logan diagnosed the problem, which will involve replacing the wiring of the problematic circuit, not just replacing the breaker switch. This is a bigger project than originally expected. John will draw up an estimate for me and then we will schedule the work.

I want to thank John from Graefser Electric for his courtesy call. After our microwave died, it must have triggered the breaker even though it did not appear the case when checking the circuit breaker. Thinking we had a burned out outlet or worse because none of the outlets on that circuit were working, I contacted Graefser first thing in the morning. They were prompt with a call and came over about one hour later. Turns out everything was fine and John was kind to not charge me. John was willing to stop by later if for some reason the new microwave wasn’t working. I definitely recommend Graefser Electric for their professionalism and will call when I actually need an electrician! Thanks again.

(3) Pick a date.
