Alan was fantastic. He came out to assess my concern on Tuesday and did try to fix it while he was there. Unfortunately the wired connection did not hold up. Alan came back the following Saturday and along with Bill worked outside in the cold and snow and were able to get my garage power back on and wired the right way including a line running into my panel box which was not there originally. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody that asked. Thank
