- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs and situations are different. It is very difficult to have a standard pricing system. But I do consider every job carefully and make the prices as fair as possible for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will arrive at the house on time and introduce myself. I ask the customer to walk me through the problem they are having or work they need done. I will then come up with a very fair and reasonable price that is competitive with other companies. If the customer is satisfied with the price then I will complete the work in a timely manor. If I run into any issues that would change the price then I would make sure I being this to the customers attention before I do the work so they can decide weather or not they want me to move forward. No surprises when dealing with me. I am very friendly and can guarantee an enjoyable experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years of experience in the construction field. Most of my experience is in electrical but I have done many other projects from kitchen and bath remodels to windows to tile, etc.
