Introduction: I have spent countless hours in the gym since the late '90s. A few years ago, I decided to take the knowledge I had accumulated and get formal training as a fitness professional. With a certification as a certified personal trainer from ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and a certification as a TRX suspension trainer, I started sharing my passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. One of my specialties is obstacle course racing, and I'd be happy to train you for an obstacle race. But even if you have no desire to do an obstacle race, my style of training will help you reach your goals. Whether it is weight loss, increasing strength, enhance endurance or just a general increase in your fitness, I can get you where you want to be.
