The problem was that an outlet was overloaded by tenants and wire melted inside the wall causing no light in the upper part of the apartment. Mark & his brother showed up and after 10 minutes he told me that my circuit breaker box needed to be changed which would cost me $800.00. Total nonsense. Told him I will think about it just to get rid of them. My father in law told me to check all the outlets and switches first which located the problem after 10 minutes. The repair cost me the price of a new outlet. Feel ripped off because he charged me $175.00 for the service call. Totally bogus. DO NOT USE.
