- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers a little bit before starting the job. I typically start off the job by doing a walk-through of the spaces that need cleaning. I keep a list of what the customer would like cleaned. After the initial walk-through my team and I start the cleaning process. After we're finished we do a walk through and look over all areas of the project to ensure customer satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A few years ago my full time job as a quality inspector got slow. So I thought of some things I enjoyed doing in the past and cleaning was one of them. I have relentless dedication to customer service and providing the highest quality service at an affordable cost. I have been evolving since day one and am constantly thinking of new ways to bring your home or business to its best potential. As I grow and learn, I realize I'm in the right line of work; working with people to provide them with exactly what they’re looking for is a dream come true!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of people and everyone has been great! I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things. I treat everyone like family with a caring and positive approach. My philosophy is to treat each home or business as if it was our own!
