Hello! We are a team of two US Veterans (Dan and Donna). We specialize in rental property management and maintenance, but have other options available, too!
We offer house cleaning, business and rental cleaning, as well as yard maintenance. One time or recurring jobs!
We are open to doing odd jobs such as painting, small home repairs, and carpentry services. No job too big or too small!
We also offer free estimates over the phone!

I am a busy professional and do not the have time to keep up on all my housekeeping so I decided to try Lamm Estates cleaning service. I couldn't be happier! They come out to the house every other week for a couple hours and consistently do a great job. I really appreciate their professionalism and excellent results. They were also really flexible when I had to change an appointment at the last minute, which was really nice of them.

My wife and I closed on a house which was pretty dirty, so we hired Lamm Estates to to a full top-to-bottom deep clean and were extremely satisfied with their work. They were on time, and had the whole house like new within a couple hours. They are definitely hard working people and I highly recommend them!

I am an elderly woman who lives alone and I wanted to hire a nice person to come help me do some housework from time to time, as its hard for me to do everything myself, and its nice to have a little company here and there. Donna is great, super nice, and a joy to have around. She does a fantastic job and I highly recommend her.
