- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set minimum price. Our price includes all supplies, equipment, and travel. I and my partner mostly work together which the minimum price includes up to 2 hours. If we happen to ever work alone on any given day it includes up to 3 hours. We mostly always finish our jobs with in the 2 - 3 hour range depending on how large the home is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we meet a new client we love to greet them with a smile. When we walk in your home we will ask the client to please show us around the home. While the client gives us a tour we always ask if there is anything they have that can easily break or if they have any priceless family airlooms. If they do we will be very careful and always aware of these things. Also we always never go into any Closets, Drawers,Cabinets or any personal spaces. If we do its always upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 4 years of cleaning experience working for our clients. We are very knowledgeable with the cleaning products we have and always make sure never to harm any tiles, hardwood finished floors, or cabinets.
