After bad experience trying (again) w another online business recently, I cancelled that, after trials and tribulations (they billed me after I cancelled last year for the same reason - no one assigned to my job) They had no record of a notification (that they never sent) from last year saying someone was assigned. This time. LawnStarter was first to respond, and my local provider was quick to check in through the app. Then he asked if he could come a day earlier than assigned! perfect since rain was forecasted for next several days in my area and my mowing needed to be done asap. I use reel mowers which are not good in springtime (damp and fast-growing grass) and my job keeps me away from home. Thank you and yes please give extra tip to Joseph. Was a big relief thanks to LawnStarter and to Joseph "Boots".

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at ***************. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
