First class movers indeed- they were one of the most hardworking team of movers I have seen. If you are looking for honest (work and work and work), good ethics (I had a lot of valuables in my house hidden and littered all over, yet they set them aside when they found them) his team should be one of your ideal candidates. Mine was a big move for a 2 br unit (filled a 26ft truck to the brim), and travel distance was 380 miles away from Buffalo. No paperwork needed to be done with them. Just good honest people. Assured me they have insurance (no accident occured so no way to check this, but they do seem to keep their word). They were on the dot with the arrival timing at destination as what other reviews have said about them (which is why I chose his team over even the big name companies that can’t keep promises and ask you to sign all your rights away first). We had a lot of loose stuff that cannot fit into boxes but they bulldozed through all that with sheer hard work. They handle packed boxes far better- moved 20 extra heavy boxes (even when it was a medium box- ceramic plates etc) in a matter of minutes! We had 70 boxes in total and I think loose items of similar volume/amount as well. Freezer and Fridge was transported quickly (fridge to second floor), and sofa was no issue for them. My sofa had problem even for Macy’s professional team to bring it into my house so took nearly an hour unscrewing the base etc, but Roy’s team took just 10 minutes to get it off the house and about the same time to put it into the new living room on the second floor. If you want things done fast do pack the items yourself, and have less loose items. They rage on their work with such intensity, it is actually inspiring to watch! Roy was very careful with what was possible to move and what was not, but he was still willing to try all options and never gave up. Roy’s and my expectations were partially distorted due to some of the closets, storage room and dressers I did not send him photos of during the initial quote. Also when he pack your stuff don’t expect them to be packed nicely into labeled boxes for hours on end- you should do it yourself even when they offer it- they are here to do a quick job so that they can uphold their end of the price based on the hours used. So do send him a full set of photos (don’t leave anything behind) and I think he should give a firm and reliable offer. Anyway during renegotiation he never once lost his cool or temper, or tried to take advantage of my situation by pushing me to take up solutions which I did not like or cannot afford. I wish them all the best and would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Roy and his team for all their hard work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates start at $150 per hour, we also price match. - 10% off for veterans 10% - 10% off for senior citizens Anything over 15 miles is 50cents per mile. Or you can go with our package for $150 an hour and we will package everything up and disassemble and reassemble. Appliance and furniture local moving: We pick up from appliance stores and furniture stores and deliver it door to door for $85 flat. Piano Moving: $575. For a first floor house or apartment to another first floor. If there’s stairs involved then it’s an additional fee. We are running a special now. We will load up a 26ft box truck for $600 flat fee. That means if you live in a two or three bedroom home. We can move you for that rate. If you should need to load more then a truck full. We charge $150 hourly after. So please call before our offer ends.
