Introduction: I am owner and operator of Buffalo's premier personal training facility, The New York Sports Center. I currently write a column on nutrition and training for Elitefts and have been featured in Muscle and Fitness magazine and Muscle Magazine. I have a book on nutrition coming out this summer, and I present on nutrition/health at fitness seminars. I work with a wide variety of clients, from NFL athletes and bodybuilders to regular people looking to change their physique.
