    I had bi-lateral total knee replacement in 2008' I did physical therapy after surgery for a few months but after that I didn't continue any therapy. What a big mistake! I needed to strengthen the muscles around my knees. I joined the gym in 2011' and my first day at the gym I had an appt. with Nick ( the best thing I did). I needed a personal trainer to show me how to use the exercise machines properly and what machines would strengthen my knees. I continued with Nick and he set me up with two exercise programs. Nick is very professional also, very knowledgeable in his occupation. I have the strength in my knees and you wouldn't even know I had bi-lateral tkr .Plus I'm losing weight. It's the best investment I ever made for myself .Nick has been given a gift (to help others). THANKS NICK, Sandra H.

    I have been working with Nick for a while now and he is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with! My mobility is better than ever before, my body fat has decreased by a lot and my old clothes don't fit me anymore. Nick is knowledgeable, respectful and fun. I would recommend Nick to anyone who wants to achieve a fitness goal in heartbeat!
