Buffalo dog walkers are amazing!! I work long shifts and hate the thought of my dog being alone for that many hours. Beau and the team are reliable and trust worthy!! My dog loves when Peyton cones over for walk time.

We have been using Buffalo Dog Walkers for a few months now, and are extremely happy with Beau and their team! They are very flexible and the walkers coming to visit are the highlight of our dog's day! They are very courteous of "house rules" and give awesome updates with photos and a recap of the visit. Knowing the walker is coming to hang out and play with our pup makes being away a lot easier!

Buffalo Dog Walkers is the premier dogwalking company in Buffalo. I have never worked with such professional compassionate people for this type of service. They are super easy to work with, the app they use is incredibly convenient, and Beau and Peyton are the best walkers our pup has ever had. They always leave the best report cards after each walk, filled with such cute photos! Its the best! Their prices are also competitive, which is an added bonus! I cannot recommend them enough!

Like any good pet parent, I was nervous to leave my pup with a "stranger". Within the first day...I was blown away! They send an update EVERY time they visit with how your pup did, plus photos. They're wonderful, trustworthy animal lovers and I cant say enough about my experience!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a free New Client Meeting in your home with you and your pet that lasts about 15-30 minutes to get to know all about your pet and answer any questions that you have!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of professional pet care experience. We are pet first aid and CPR certified by Pet Pro Hero, have professional industry-specific liability insurance, and are bonded as well. All of our team members go through a rigorous hiring and training process, including pet and home safety, dog handling, and customer service training.
