- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system however, we always negotiate to meet a couple's budget. Coverage starts around $500 with a top package price of $5000. We give discounts if you use us for both photography and video.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know the couple, their interests, their personalities, their funny side and serious side and then incorporate what we learn about them into their photos and video productions. We try to listen to everything they have to say to be sure we do things the way they want them done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always learning about new technology that helps our photography and productions. We believe in taking online courses as they come out and keep up to date with newest styles.
