I had muddled up a data transfer between computers. Given the complexity of sorting out my mess, the work was done quickly with other minor problems being fixed along the way. More importantly, after I made yet another mistake and apparently lost most of my files, he returned within an hour and restored the work he had done. Highly recommended.

Senghor worked the whole night to recover all our files and reset our computer. We are very thankful to have everything back. We also appriciated that senghor came out to our house to do the repair as it was a really heavy desktop computer and it would have been hard to move.

It was a pleasure having someone educated in computers too explain the process of upgrading my old xp program.and then helping me purchase a new one with a discount off the old one. I am very pleased. And this computer is 90% better plus i have a warrenty. Thank God for this company on a small budget.
