I needed my washer moved in the basement from a position blocking access to the main breaker box to the wall next to the sink. They responded quickly to my request online, gave me an affordable rate to move this, came within a few days of the request (needed it done before the electrician came) and set a time that was convenient for me to move my washer (showed up early which was great!). They also took a box that I couldn't get down off of a shelf because it was too heavy. They were both professional, friendly, on time and focused on the job. If you need something moved, definitely hire A to B Services.

These guys are it. I got screwed over by Tower Storage Delivery Moving Assembling or whatever their name is...and these guys came to the rescue. I was able to get them with less than a days notice. He said 5pm. I got the call and saw him in my driveway at 5:00, literally on the hour. They don't talk much, but they mean business, Norris and his worker were motivated, asked questions, got straight into it. When they DID talk, however, Norris was friendly, polite, 100% professional. I was buried in my phone most of the time...so maybe they thought they'd be interrupting with conversation lol. They even agreed to pick up a dryer for me, last minute, and bring it to my new place. I found out about it as they were there doing the job, so he was very flexible and fair. Give them a chance, and don't cheap out or risk trying anybody else. Everything I had made it to my new apartment in one piece, AND THEN I paid Norris, and I couldn't be happier to finally have this done, and done well. I will definitely use A to B again for some other jobs I have in mind, to haul some more things from my old place. Do yourself a favor and just skip the headache, and the shopping around like I did, and go with A to B. Gold Star Standard, like it says on his business card.

The 2 gentleman who helped us today were phenomenal. They arrived on time and ready to work. They had so much knowledge and figured out how to maneuver tight corners and narrow staircases. I would 100% recommend them and I plan on using them again in the future!

Norris is fantastic. He was extremely professional and kind during our first few talks about my move from Buffalo, NY to the Long Island, NY area. During the packing and unpacking process Norris and his crew went above and beyond what I ever would have expected from movers. They not only moved everything I own with smiles on their faces and care but they even put my bed set together without me even asking them for help. A to B Services is super high quality. The price charged was extrordinarily reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. In a world that is less than kind at times Norris Jones and his crew are truly diamonds in the ruff. My hats off to them and my heart is full.
