- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bee Social's pricing is with the small business/individual/small nonprofit in mind. We are not a firm that has one lump sum. We want to be affordable to you because it is you that needs it most. We see an investment in social media for small businesses as an investment in our community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bee Social meets with people one-on-one ideally at their location to best discuss the issues and challenges that they are facing. We intimately study your operations and social media to come up with a plan that is best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bee Social has 15yrs of industry experience in small business and non-profits so we know where you are coming from. We have also worked for major brands in New York City and want to take what we've learned there and give it to you. We have appropriate masters degrees as well as bachelors.
