- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very affordable at an high quality, I never lost. a job for over pricing. Also I dont ask for any money untill the job is done the right way
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meet with customer at house/job for an quote. measure square foot and either myself or customer order 10% more tiles than square footage of room, and if needed also order sub-flooring and all other materials needed to complete the job, give price of labor then schedule start date and complete job. I dont ask for any money untill completion of job the right way
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my father and grandfather were also tile setters there whole life. I started as a helper with father snice I was 10 years old started pushing the broom. I have old school education and while I was a tile setter in the union, every march they sent us to school for a month for training of all new products
