FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill hourly for our work, but we seek to give spot on estimates. We are able to provide an accurate estimate within one to two hours for 100% of clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we begin client relationships with a phone call or meeting. This call helps us to get to know where you are and what your next steps should be. It also helps us to determine which services will be the most useful to you. Following that meeting, we will propose a menu of services that you can choose from, and we'll agree on a schedule to get things done that works for your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From Nikki, our founder: My college program emphasized leadership, volunteer management, and creativity. Since then, my work in small and medium-sized nonprofits gave me the opportunity to hone skills that I never would have realized I had. In an environment with a small staff and few resources, you need to learn to ably do many things you may not have realized you were capable of. Suddenly I was writing grants and doing social media marketing like I had done it for years! A decade of nonprofit experience has made me a much better multi-tasker and strategic planner. But it's also where I learned how vital it is to build strong teams. So our firm collaborates with graphic designers, web professionals, and others to help make sure that you can have the highest quality product possible.
