Jay-1 did a great job on my lower windows but the second floor windows were not clean. I had to call about this problem. They came out the next day and recleaned the upstairs windows and it was a success! Question, why don’t they use ladders for the second floor?

Wow. These guys were amazing. On time, professional, and very polite. My windows had not been cleaned in years prior to them arriving. When they left my windows looked as if they were brand new. I was extremely impressed and very happy to say the least. I highly recommend these guys and we'll be using them for my future window cleaning needs.
