FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date on the Disney destinations as Disney provides yearly extensive training on their existing and new destination. I visit Disney yearly to keep up to date on the latest changes and experience different restaurants and resorts.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
- Know what an agency's passion is. If you're looking for a Disney vacation, we feel that booking your vacation with an agency that has a passion for Disney will be a better choice for you. - Read an agency's website. See what they will do for you. - When you call an agency, be sure to ask what they do for you. Ask if there are any booking fees, if they charge to book your airfare, if there are any additional fees you should know about. Be sure to ask if they monitor your reservation for any new offers that may have been released. This can save you money, and sometimes a lot of money, if an offer applies to your reservation and it can be applied. - We advise you to be cautious of a price that is too good to be true and to use your judgement of an agency that discounts in order to get your booking. We personally feel this is a disreputable practice to you and to suppliers. - Keep in mind that a "cheap" vacation is not usually the best vacation experience. Paying a little bit more for the value of your vacation will leave more wonderful vacation memories. - Don't be bashful...be upfront. This is your money, your time and your family's vacation.
