We are an operator of medical office space in WNY and have contracted with Ashleigh's Cleaning Service to provide cleaning to the common areas of our building on a regular basis. She and her team have consistently done an outstanding job on our property, and we have received many compliments from our tenants on the quality of service they provide. One concern with working with reoccurring vendors is consistency, maintaining a standard of quality, and customer service. After working with ACS for 2.5 years, they have proven that they can continually meet or exceed those expectations on all accounts. After being unsatisfied with the last few cleaning vendors we've had, we are finally pleased with the care and attention our building has received with ACS and can see us continuing to work with them well into the foreseeable future.
