- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts: Customer that want weekly or bi weekly cleans. Monthly cleans we can work out to. I also understand budget and we can figure it out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I like to talk on the phone find out what you need done and go from there with the pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained myself honestly and working for the apartment complex taught me a lot of easier methods.
