- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary by the job, We offer a discount for all Military, Corrections and first responders as an Appreciation of saying thank you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer reaches out, We set up an appointment to come to the job site and go over all details and build the quote one on one. If the quote takes a few days it will either be emailed or physically handed in person. Depending on job there may be a deposit If there is not a deposit payments will be collected upon completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a fourth generation contractor we have the skills to do the job right. Also learned in trade school and gaining experience from working with other companies.
