Jerry was on time, friendly, kind and professional from estimate to completion of my various jobs. He is well knowledgable with materials and costs. Jerry's rates are also affordable - which is a plus in these days and times. I will only use Jerry for my handy man for now on. He is very versatile and the different things he does. He guarantees his work and was very understandable about working around my time frames when I had a family emergency come up. He is very prompt about returning calls and texts.

Jerry is a very nice fellow, but he did a sloppy job that wound up costing almost twice what he quoted. He left a pipe leaking while he went out for supplies and water spilled into my hallway and bedroom. It was still leaking a little when he left for the day. The cabinet had a crossbar at the same level as the pipes, and he opted to move the pipes rather than cut the crossbrace. I regret not stopping him at this point.
He didn’t listen when I told him somebody else would trim out the cabinet and took it upon himself to caulk around it. He did a below average job leaving pits to collect water and left gobs of it all over the place. He came back promptly to put in a new supply line and smooth the pits out of the caulk behind the sink (didnt get pic of the caulk at its worst).
This photo here is how it looked after he came back and fixed it. Looking at the receipt of supplies I see that he selected a $13 tube of caulk and kept the rest of it.
We had to tighten the drain after he came back, too.
