- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to offer great value while maintaining professional quality. All packages are customizable based on your event needs. I offer bundle discounts when booking both photography and videography together. Travel fees may apply for events outside the NYC/NJ area, but I always communicate that in advance. No hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront. I also offer flexible payment options, including deposits to secure the date and balance due by the event day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Once a new client reaches out, I start by learning about their vision, the type of event or shoot, and any specific requests they have. 2. I’ll then suggest a package or customize one to fit their needs 3. After confirming the details, we sign a simple contract and arrange a deposit to lock in the date 4. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve developed my skills through hands-on experience shooting a wide range of events, from weddings and birthdays to corporate gatherings and lifestyle shoots. Over the years, I’ve taken courses in cinematography, editing, lighting, and color grading to sharpen my craft. I also stay up to date with the latest gear and techniques through continuous learning, workshops, and real-world projects that challenge my creativity and technical ability.
