- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I earned my B.S. from Salisbury University in Exercise Physiology. Due to my long background as an athlete and avid fitness enthusiast, I concentrated in the field of Strength and Conditioning. At one point, my ambition of attending graduate school was replaced by a more comprehensive and somewhat unconventional approach to health, fitness, and sports performance in 2014.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All levels of clients and athletes — from varsity, NCAA, amateur, and professional — including NBA, NHL, and WTA. Over the past year my focus has shifted more and more towards the general population, while still consulting periodically with the athletic community.
