I really wanted this to be a good experience because the owner is genuinely a great guy and did everything he could to make things right. Unfortunately, this was the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had. The cleaner (Natalie) arrived 45 minutes late and the house was not properly cleaned at all. Appliances weren’t touched, the inside of the fridge was filthy, there were dead bugs and dirty footprints on the floors, and when I wiped the floor my rag was black with dirt. Very disappointing. The owner could be the greatest, but if he continues to have cleaners like Natalie representing his business, there will be no business.
