I contacted John based on reading prior glowing reviews and was not disappointed. Our garage door was broken and I just expected an appointment the next week to see what the issue was, but John said he could come within the hour (on a Saturday afternoon, to the other side of town!). He and his lovely wife Terry installed a new garage door assembly (ours had reached it’s lifespan), oiled our squeaky door and gave tips on future maintenance. Nice, pleasant, knowledgeable people. Would definitely use them again.

I’m a trained certified, licensed & insured garage door technician and national home inspector. I have been replacing garage door openers for customers of Big Box stores for years. My Primary occupation is information technology for 25 years. I hold many technical certifications in Networking Architecture and Security. I have studied industrial mechanics and automation.
