FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is a bit different than most, as if I am ghost writing someone's biography, I may need to spend weeks or months working closely with the individual, so when I state that I charge for "housing" fees, that means either hotel accomodations, or an apartment near the person for the duration of the project. I would also consider rooming in an individual's home (with my husband of course, I do not go to a long term job alone for safety and personal reasons) if they would prefer to work through the night hours instead of the daytime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have said in other pubkic interviews that I do not have a college degree in Writing, English, or any particular major that could be considered education for my work, but I do have a business degree and three years ago I did in fact go back to college for several classes pertaining to writing, such as English Lit, Creative Writing and Western Civ. So, while I do not have a degree to benefit my chosen career, I do have the appropriate schooling.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was actually educated and have a degree in Business Management, with a special Certificate in Marketing Skills and was working for years in different night clubs and bars handling the duties of management & bartender. In 2006 I was severly & critically injured in a near fatal suto accident that left me nearly bedridden with a permanent spinal damage. After going through a long period of depression and self loathing, I woke up one day and decided that I had to do something and that I was tired of just existing as I was, I wanted to "Live", so I began writing "Master Of Darkness, Princess Of Light". A few months later, my final manuscript was excepted for publication. I have not looked back ever since and am very proud of my personal accomplishments in the recent years.
