I grew up swimming competitively and went on to compete at the Division I level, but what I enjoy most now is teaching. My approach is calm, patient, and very intentional. I focus on proper technique, water safety, confidence, and comfort in the water—because progress doesn’t happen until someone feels at ease. I work with: - Beginners who are just getting comfortable in the water - Children and adults at all skill levels - Swimmers with special needs (adapted, patient instruction) - Adults overcoming water anxiety or past trauma - Clients training for events, lifeguard tests, or fitness goals - Swimmers 60+ looking for safe, effective exercise What I offer: - In-person private lessons (pool access required) - Custom swim workout sets - Technique-focused coaching - Video review and feedback - Group lessons (message for rates) I take pride in being professional, reliable, and easy to work with.
