I had this individual come to my house to fix my dryer. It appeared that he knew how to troubleshoot the issue. I thought the job was complete and was happy about the service. I payed in cash and asked for my receipt which he stated that he would send to me via text. I went ahead to use my dryer and realized that it was working but this time the timer for the dryer to stop was not engaged. This means that the dryer would continuously spin and could result in a fire. I contacted the repair man again to enquirer about this issue. He was very rude ended up coming to my residence to take a look and walked in my house with out removing his shoes and proceeded to ask me if I always wear a mask in my own home. I found this statement very rude. He opened the dryer and saw the fuse for the timer was not connected. He reconnected and immediately left with out even seeing if it was now working. He just left. I have also not yet received a receipt for the services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$85 diagnostic charge applicable to all visits. Additional charges may apply if outside our regular service area. If the customer decides to proceed with the repair the diagnostic fee is applied towards the repair.
Vent Cleaning starts at $125. charges varies based on circumstances. Most single family homes with standard dryer setup are $125 but the cost varies based on length of vent, etc.
