He showed up an hour late which wasn’t that big of a deal. When he got there he quoted me $485 to change a simple lock cylinder in the door which I thought was insane but unfortunately this was moments after a tenant was evicted so I really had no choice and needed the lock installed at that time to secure the place as I had to go to work….Then he spent about 5 minutes adjusting and replacing the striker plate and about 2 minutes chiseling the hole that the deadbolt goes into to make it lock properly. At that point he tells me it’s $485 for the lock, $135 for him just to show up to the house, and $85 to “fix” door. So with tax $768 for about 15 minutes of work. Would definitely not recommend them unless you want to be robbed. Buyer beware, I should’ve done more research before booking them.

SPECIAL THANKS to the lady at customer service and the owner for fixing my problem even after they are fully paid. it is very difficult to find a company to get support after you pay however the customer service talked to me over the phone multiple times on sunday and the following day the owner of company visited me to see the way i want the lock to be and completed the job and simply made my day !!! Now i have AD locksmith phone number in my contact and keep it for any kind of my demand in the future. And also they are 7/24 online. if you stay out , forget or loose your keys :-) Thank you for standing behind your job-thank you for your efforts for my satisfaction .
