Mike was awesome, he was quick to respond to my project and came to assess the job the very next day we spoke with intentions to help exterminate the carpenter bees. He was very accommodating because he made arrangements to return the day after with a taller ladder due to the infested area being higher up than we thought. He communicated well and made suggestions. I would hire him again if we have any other bug/pest related issues.
Michael was professional, laid enough traps, used poison down and sealed the areas where mice might have been coming from. I await to see the full results over the next few weeks. Thanks Michael for your professionalism and work!

Finding out what has been their pest issue. Where has it been occurring? How long has it been occurring for? And many more questions about what they’ve been having to deal with pest wise. Our job is to make sure to remediate all of that for them so they never have to worry about it again.
