FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most smaller projects can be priced with my Handyman rate of $120 for the first 2 hours and $50 each additional hour. I'm happy to price flat rate for larger projects and or renovations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start out by getting some more information about the project prior to making a site visit. Typically I feel comfortable pricing most smaller projects via photos. If the project requires a site visit to review the work I am happy to provide a written proposal at no charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working with my hands at a very young age. I was my father's apprentice growing up as he owned a mirror and glass company in the Bronx. There I learned basic trade skills, exacting spatial conception and measurements. My father was an artist and master tradesman. He taught me that you don't get rich accomplishing one project but you need to sustain yourself through honest service and quality workmanship. One must become an asset to the customer. Since branching off from my father's business I have been in the construction and property management industry. I specialize in preventative maintenance programs for commercial and residential clients.
