For residential customers, we charge one FLAT RATE to cover all labor fees, however the cost of parts is extra. Commercial business, government, educational and non-profit customers we charge a HOURLY RATE for labor the plus the cost of parts, travel and expenses. Allow us to go onsite to your home, home office or place of business and we will run a thorough diagnostic on your computer to give you an accurate FREE estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will come to your home or place of business and run a thorough diagnostic to give you an accurate FREE estimate. Depending on the problem we can perform the work onsite or if the work is going to take longer than 3 hours (actual or estimated) our technician may request to take your computer back to our shop to complete the repair. For your convenience, we offer residential customers pick up and delivery service at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
