I had a flood in my basement the team was quick to respond, clear constant communication during the whole process and answered all my questions. The team did an amazing job taking care of the issue. If I ever have an issue with water damage again I will call them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates, it is often difficult to give a price over the phone. A Project Manger will happily come and give you a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first call SERVPRO Team Holmes you will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager & Job File Coordinator, these will be your two points of contact during the restoration process. Your dedicated project manager will come to your location to give you a free estimate, and will be with you every step of the way ensuring your property is restored to its pre-loss condition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
