I’m sooo glad that i found Mike , because He saved my deck!
He’s super duper professional! I’ve been struggling for a month looking for Architect who can safe my current deck that might be have a risk to be reduce to half size .
I’ve been asking more than 8 opinions no one can safe my deck from size reduction , but Mike did it! All architects that i’ve been asked , they gave me a bunch of solution and they only want money! Mike gave me a straight to the point of solution and safe my deck without reduce the size.
Mike got brave idea and solution👍🏻.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone that looking for an architect. Trust me ! He’s the ONLY professional architect that you can trust for your case! He’s not gonna charge you for the crazy price like what other architects did when they know you’re in the desperate situation dealing with DOB!

Design Communication MK has restored my faith in humanity for so many reasons: I had received an RCA for demolishing my irreparable garage because of my overbearing neighbor of eleven years. Some architects completely ignored my calls/messages without directly saying they're not interested. Others stated they only do large projects and quoted me accordingly, without even requesting details about the demo. The more proposals I got, the more stressed I got about not affording to meet the deadline and receiving a violation. Just as I had lost hope, it's as if God sent Michael in time to save me. Michael is the only one who took a chance on me when I was questioning everything he said (because by now I had lost trust in everything an architect had to say about the fees/requirements). Working with MK to design our home was the best decision we made.
