I am so sorry you strongly feel this way. For the amount I charged you was a fair price I did a house right after yours today and I charged them $300 just for mowing the lawn and trimming around the house also edge with weed whacker and it had 90% less leaves and also double the size of your lawn. If you wanted a spotless job as the way you describe the mínimum would have been atleast 800 if not more if I’m wrong. The leaves that your yard had was from last year you mentioned your prior guy had did a clean up but that is false information because if he actually did the clean before closing the season last year the amount of leaves would of been -50%. We cleaned up like 80% of your leaves takes times to actually take everything out. Also the weeds that was mentioned and the piles of big branches in one corner all of that was not included. Now the weeds upfront on your house there was a miscommunication even though that was extra charge of atleast $100. No need for your strong negative review but thank you. I’ve done over 5+ clean ups all was proud of the work me and my team did. I would of made corrections to your suggestions but as I mentioned that would of been much more money. Your lawn needs major care doing all of that would of not brought back to the imagine you had planned in your head. Again I’m so sorry. No other company would have done what you wanted for just $300.
