Roy from Elite Roofing and Waterproofing provided professional and timely service to address an unexpected roof leak. Roy responded almost immediately to evaluate the leak and provided a thorough estimate for the repair which included a partial roof replacement. Not only did Roy promptly return phone calls, address my concerns, he was on-site supervising his crew from start to finish. I have started to believe this type of service was a thing of the past until I hired Roy. I would highly recommend Elite to people who are in need of a roof replacement or repair.

It was a pleasure to work with Roy and his Elite Roofing team. It was time for my 80 year old slate roof to be replaced and Roy made me feel at ease knowing how the replacement roof process will go. He answered all my questions and concerns, and did not hesitate to deal with a couple of issues that arose. Roy is extremely accommodating, and he was one of the better contractors I have hired to do work. I highly recommend Elite Waterproofing & Roofing if it's time to change your roof.

Roy was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, patient and communicated efficiently. He brainstormed with me to find a solution to my unquie problem. Downspouts were missing on top gutters most likely causing water to spill over and come into crawlspace down into garage. He was able to have his crew come and install them the next day. Would absolutely recommend him and will be saving his contact for all waterproofing and leak issues that arise in the future.
