FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Primarily residential flower and vegetable gardens, as well as light landscaping and tree trimming.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin with surveying the property to account for what has been done, and what part of the process you the client is in. Once we discuss what you want to accomplish, I generally offer an executable plan of action including cost of time, labor and materials. Detailed plans will be drawn up and signed by both myself and the client agreeing to the work and to a timeline. Deposits are required for labor and all materials must be paid in full prior to beginning any project to ensure it’s completion. Should the project change, new additional documents will be drawn up. Satisfaction. guaranteed.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your timeline? What is the level of work required to complete desired outcome? What is your budget? Do you know what you want or would you like guidance through the entire process or a particular part of the gardening phases? Do you want regular help maintaining?
